Help! Does anyone know what I am missing on this? I have 2 PBX Attendant consoles set up to overflow to an Auto-Attendant in Meridian Mail if the call can't be answered within 16 seconds. This works great for external callers, however, internal calls to the PBX Operators receive ringing until the Operater can answer the call.
This is what I have set-up:

Thanks for your help in advance. I appreciate any suggestions.

You are using the Attendant Overflow Position feature.
So when you say "until the Operater can answer the call" you mean the operator has been busy on another call - right?
AOP won't work for calls that are already buzzing on a loop key at the console. For that you need to set up Attendant Alternative Answering.

make 0 a scr on a soft tn, use remote call forward to a new atdn and fna that set to the menu service, then make 0 a menu service dn using the already used voice service id, i use that work around so that other options will work, i can then forward calls to the att with rcfw in case of disaster or such...
