Calls through a transfer block to an extension issue

Hello, I'm on CallPilot 5.0. I have an intermittant problem where some calls going to some menus that are transferred via a transfer block to a station's extension, FNA sends the calls back to the menu and not the extension mailbox. If the phones Forward is active, the calls always go to voice mail. The PBX is a CS1000 with IP phones. Thanks
