Hi there,

could you please advise when these treatments occur:

- Force Busy,
- Force Overflow,
- Force Disconnect,
- Route Call or default treatment,
- the call was transfered to an IVR queue,
- the call was networked out through an NACD queue

Thanx in advance!

You are looking at your "calls given terminate"? Refer to the Historical Reporting and Data Dictionary.

Force Busy: This statistic is pegged when the Give Busy script command is executed. (pg. 164)

Force Overflow: This statistic is pegged when the Give Overflow script command is executed. (pg. 164)

Force Disconnect: This statistic is pegged when the Disconnect script command is executed. (pg. 164)

Route Call: This statistic is pegged when the Route Call script command is executed. (pg. 185)

Default Treatment: Local and incoming network Symposium Call Center Server calls given default treatment as a result of an error condition. (pg. 163)

The call was transferred to an IVR queue - self-explatory.

The call was networked out through an NACD queue: Local
Symposium Call Center Server calls networked out through an NACD queue and answered at remote sites. (pg. 186)

This can also happen if you use the Give IVR with treatment command to a menu with a "CL". For example in Meridian Mail if you press an option of any type be it a Revert DN or an actual Call command to an extension on or off the switch.
