Calls seem stalled

Having trouble with determining the problems associated with a VDN going to a hunt group. The call to the VDN is taking about 25 seconds before it starts to ring. This happens when it is called internally or externally. It is on a definity g3si v6. the VDN and vectors have worked fine for over a year. The vdn is routing the calls to an offsite node where the calls are answered. The first ext in the hunt group is skipped by the time the call starts ringing and so the next ext in line has to answer.

any suggestions would help, thanks.
 
can you post the vdn and vector programming for this?

What happens when you phone these extensions directly or the Hunt Group extension
 
Yes, when the hunt group extension is called the problem occurs. So it is not the VDN or the vector but the calls to extensions that the cover path is pointing to. I can call those extensions directly without any trouble.
 
what does the coverage path look like as it should not look to the coverage path if available agents are logged in or its a hunt group with no members, then it goes directly to coverage path, trying to figure out how you have everything programmed.
