Calls routing to voice mail bon instead of ccr tree

The customer has 5 trunks inbound. They all ring for 4 times then go to CCR tree #1. Line 1,4 & 5 work OK. Lines 2 & 3 go to a voice mail box recently added. I don't know if the problem started after I added the mailbox. As far as I know the mailbox is working. All 5 lines seem to be programmed the same, they all appear on all sets. Where do I start looking ? 8x24, DR5 system with startalk flash 1.5.00.

If all you did was add a mailbox, i would check the foward no answer and see what the ring is set to. If all lines appear there should be no reason the new mailbox would pick up. But if some of the lines are appearing & ringing (lines 2&3) then you would need to change it to appear only or set the ring delay longer. This may be what's happening.

Thanks for the help. I got smart and called every number they have and got the real scope of the problem. I fixed the answer rings in the line data and everything is working fine.
