Calls routing to agent incorrectly

I have a call center agent who works in two separate call centers. She has been assigned separate logins each with the appropriate skillsets and partition access. However, when she logs out of her primary account and logs in to her secondary,she still gets calls from the primary skillset assignments and none from the secondary. Any ideas what I've missed.

Sounds like the agent has misunderstood something. Check it yourself.
If it is still happening delete the two agent logins and add them again - and do not use the same name for both logins, make them slightly different.

If the problem continues, look at the scripts.
