When a caller is listening to a greeting at an extension and they press zero because they want to reach the operator the caller hears One Moment PLease, then ring then it rings at the reception but if the reception is busy or after hours the caller is not getting the reception mailbox they are bounced back to the extension they origionally called.

If the caller presses zero I would like them to be able to leave a message with the receptionist.

The transfer return may be set less than the call forward to voicemail on the receptionist's phone.

If the Call Forward no answer for the receptionist is 6, the transfer return must be set to 6 or higher.

CFNA for recept. which is ext 3300 is set for 6 it should be 4. Let me change it on Monday and see.

Thanks

If it says the operator isn't available then you have to go into f 982 and set up the atnd. Right now it prob says N you need to chg it to say Y. Also make sure the recep. ext is in there as well. I'd adjust the ring cycle as mentioned too.
