Hi

We have a customer using a CUCM V9 system. They are having calls rejected by CAC and would like to find these calls on their call logger.

We are capturing the CDR output from the Cisco but cannot see a way to identify these failing calls. Is there anything the CDR output that we can search for to find them?

Regards

Peter - in the CAR/CDR tool, you could look for cause code 129, that would indicate bandwidth issues.

Thanks for that. I'd forgotten all about this. :)

The customer has decided that they don't have any budget for work on this so the need has gone away.

I will however keep this info just it case they come back...
