Calls redirected to receptionist when calling DID

When I call the DID assigned to a phone it is answered by the receptionist. It is setup identical to the other extension in the same room.

Something about the two phones is probably not identical. For one, the last place this person Call forwarded is to the digit "6" which probably does not exist as an extension. I bet the phone is forwarded right now.

I figured it out. I had to add the extension to the IDC list. Once I did that it worked fine. Thanks for the help.
