Calls picked up by merlin mail while in night service mode.

I have an issue that I was hoping to find a little help with. We have a Merlin Legend R7 phone system. Currently, there are (2) toll free numbers and (2) local numbers being routed to us.

When we place our system into night service mode, all toll free calls are being answered by the night AA accordingly. However, the local numbers are somehow being answered by Merlin Mail ("Welcome to Merlin Mail, please enter extension and # sign), rather than the Auto Attendants.What would cause this to happen? Any help is much appreciated.

This sounds like a job for someone who can dial in and help you. It will require doing some PRINTING of things from your system.
