We have a IPO 406 v2 running 3.2(55). An IP line goes from the IPO to our Definity G3 via a point to point T1.
If an IPO user calls an extension on the G3 it will go to busy if not picked up in 3 rings or less. If a G3 user calls an IPO extension it will ring until picked up(as it should).
The 406 V2 and Vcomm 10 are replacements of our original unit. The first one had issues. config is the same as the original unit istalled and we have other sites with the same config that do not do this.
Any help would be apreciated. Do I have another defective 406 or voice compression module? Is there a setting that might have changed?
