I am wondering how to disable this feature. I have a MICS 7.1 system. It seems that once a call is placed on hold for over a minute, it automatically gets transferred to reception. I would like it to just remain on hold. Any suggestions?
In the programming... System Programming -> Featr Settings -> Transfer call back change this number to 12 (this will make the phone ring 12 times before it sends the call back to the receptionist)
