i have also posted on the avaya forum as well. i have a cm that is connected to my avaya cs1k via PRIs. If a the cisco set calls out and puts the call on hold it drops after 30 sec on hold and also if the cisco phone calls an avaya phone and puts the call on hold it does it as well. Any ideas on this?
