Calls on Console

My incoming calls, if now picked, are coming on my console. Sometimes, a connected call between two users get disconnected and rings console. When picked up by console, far end gets connected saying they have not dialed operator.

Any idea whats going on behind?

Calls from an analog TN with CLS XFD will ring the console if the internal users hangs up and inadvertantly hookflashes.

I'd also look into the LD21 REQ PRT TYPE MPO. Notice the items that ring the console.
