CALLS OFFERED MINUS CALLS ANSWERED DOES NOT ADD UP

I thought it would, but the report shows otherwise. Why is this? Thanks for the help.

Total Calls = calls offered + calls answered + calls given terminated + calls anbandoned

The Application Performance report does not show Terminated Calls (Overflow+Default+GivenBusy+Routed+Disconneted).

Run the Application Call Treatment Report to see the whole picture. Then you can add up the calls as djwht posted.
