CALLS NOT ROLLING INTO VOICEMAIL BOX 1

hey there - I have a new DN we built that covers to voice mail (internal Meridian Mail) but will not roll into the mailbox for the DN, instead gives a prompt asking for the mailbox number. once you enter the mailbox number, it plays the person's greeting so the mailbox is set up and working. The TN is configured like all others at the site that are working correctly so I'm obviously missing something here...can someone please take a look and see if anything jumps out at you? any assistance is appreciated, we need to get this working for the person as soon as possible.

Check your Mer Mail for alternate routing for that number. I would start in Voice Services - DN Table (otp 3 - Opt 4 - Opt 1) to see if it is being rerouted. Deleting that if it appears may well fix your issue.
