Calls not picked up by subscriber's voicemail

Hello everyone,

I have a new location and whenever I call a user the call does not go to their personal mailbox but it is picked up by MM asking for the mailbox extension. The Avaya MM is R5.2 and it is direct SIP to CM 6.2.

All users in that location have mailboxes.

Any help will be appreciated.

I figured it out. I had to add the extension range to the pub unk
