Calls not landing on first designated Area

Hi,

A client is complaining that on there KX 824, some of the calls by pass her at reception and hit the overflow group?

All calls should hit reception then after 20 secs go to OF, they have 5 feature lines which are acting as a hunt group in the cloud, so if one line is busy and a caller calls that number instead of getting a busy tone it will pass through on another line, will this affect the way the system works?
