We are experiencing issues when a caller attempts to transfer to a CCC agent who is active in a group and on a call or on Busy. Instead of being routed to their voicemail (call waitings turned off), the phone just rings and rings and rings never getting to voicemail. The caveat to this is that it does not happen all the time, it's sporadic. However if you remove the Agent from the group and call them, the call goes to voicemail every time.
