We've recently added a G250 to our Columbia (south america) office. It has 4 trunks going to it for incoming calls. When a call comes in it goes to an auto attendent. The problem is when the caller hangs up, it doesn't release the call. I've run a list trace on the trunk and then called the AA and then hang up and I can still see the trace going. It also makes it very hard to trouble shoot because if I make a change and then call it to test it and then hang up and it doesn't disconnect it takes about an hour before I can make another change because the trunk is in use. When we tested it here in SC it worked fine. Is there something different about columbian trunks?
