Calls not being reported by Mitel Contact Center Management

All of our call reports are generating but not showing any calls. We see zeros for all reported extensions like no calls were made at all. I'm new to Mitel and phone system in general so I'm not sure where to look or what to Google... Can anyone offer any tips? Please and thanks.

 
smdr and real time events enabled?
in CCM under network management when logged in to client do you see output from the ports.
 
I don't have a "network management" option in the CCM menus. I did find a SMDR inspector but that doesn't load... I found this info in the Communications Director...

You cannot see the output of the ACD and SMDR ports from CCM. Need to login to contact centre client.
In CCM you will find all documentation under the help tab.
 
For sure you have your SMDR real time reporting set to no. This will affect the call information on the system which will not show any data until the server recalculates the records (usually scheduled for nightly).

Use this document:

Make sure that all of your settings are correct (Assuming that this is CCM and you are using a 3300)
 
You need to verify that the system is producing the Real time and SMDR logs.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
