Calls made via H323 can't press options on AA

I have a Panasonic NCP500 connected via H323 via a vpn, to a NS700.

I have 2 problems:

When call is initiated by the NCP it takes around 10 seconds to start ringing the NS.

If you call from the NS to the NCP it rings instantly.

The other issue is:

When making a call from the NCP via the NS sip trunks the dtmf tones don't seem to work.

Any ideas on either problems would be gratefully appreciated.

first issue maybe the dial plan for ncp is not set to number and 2 digits in dn2ip on gw card, default is 29 digits so it will have to wait for 10 seconds end of dial timer

when you say no dtmf, is this when you are trying to use an AA service or cant make a call

Thanks for your time, the digits on the d2ip table is 9 (10 digits), 1 (2digits), so think this is correct, any other ideas?

Regarding the dtmf when calling AA, I changed the setting on the IPGW card settings from OtbandH245 to Inband, this seems to have sorted it.

Yes the other system is 1xx, I have just sent a IPGW trace and the all log to Panasonic Japan, so will update when get a response.
