is there a call logs in IPO 6.1?
we get calls from a "90000000000" (displays in caller id) and it beeps about 2 times no one saying anything on the other side.
we want to somehow block this if its possible.

just add icr that routes the suspect number to a virtual user with DND on. they get an engaged tone then.

what I do is call the user "Blocked" so you know in the ICR what the route is for!

this is what i done i am not sure if its correct.

added a user and turned on the DND.
in the Incomming call route i added new route and in Incoming CLI i placed the # that should go to Destinations a virual(Blocked)users box.

can i test this out? i am not sure when the weird 90000000000 # call comes in.

If you want to test it, do it again but with your cell phone number. Call in and if it puts you to nowhere you got it right. (Just remove it when your done)
