Call's History on Softphone

hello engineers, you may know if there are someway to save the call history on sofphone, because the users from the callcenter can delete that histoy, and we need that information.
We use a AVAYA IP Softphone R6

You need a call logger/call centre software really, doing this from user call logs is not the best way at all :)

when you talk about software you mean any separate license??? if that its true, can i get some free software for made this or i have to buy it with my provide service???
 
not a license, per say, but you could output the SMDR on the system to a call logging application...the good ones generally cost money though.

i already got one it's called "TELETAX" you were right, this work getting the CDR (on IP Office its SMDR) from the system and get the logs.
