Calls going to General Mailbox not Auto Attendant

I have a Magix 3.0 and Merlin Messaging, I think 2.5 with PRI as only incoming trunks. System has been working since PRI upgrade in 3/11 with Main numbers ringing into immediate Auto Attendant answer on AA #1 on Days. Monday it started with calls to the main # ringing 4 rings then going directly to General Mailbox mailbox & recording. I have changed 0 time out to different settings with no effect. System has been power cycled, no effect. Voice mail is going to 770 and trunks are assigned to pool 70.

Any idea what might have caused loss of AA immediate answer and bypass of AA to General Mailbox? The custom AA recording is in the AA#1
