Calls going to cover W/multiple calls while logged in to hunt group 1

Wow, what a subject line! Anyway, I have setup a hunt group that has 4 members. They all login and everything works great when a call comes from the q.

My problem is, when a person is logged in and on the phone, they get a call directly to their extension, it immediately goes to cover (inside calls and outside calls). Is there a way to send the call the second appr adn have it ring?

Not sure if this is your problem or not, but if there are only 2 call appearance buttons on the set, you may want to give them 3.
By default, the system reserves the last available call appearance for outbound/transferring so if you only have 2, a second call would not ring the set.

Thank you very much. It was that easy. I only had 2 call appearance buttons on each of their phones. I setup a third button and it works like a charm now.
