Calls going to automated system (one number)

Looking for some advice or answers on why something is happening?

We have a client that when we call his number from out office we get different messages.

Yesterday, we get the following -

"for information regarding the number you dialed please hold. again please hold for more information.
the number you have dialed has changed. To access the new 1800 number for a cost of 3.89 press 1"

Today the message was completely different.


"This call may be record, we have special promotion for selected callers if you are over 50 press 1 now if not press 2."

Is the issue on his side? When I call from my mobile it goes through directly.

It's a 310 area code number. (Mobile)
