I have a user that whenever she is currently on a call, and she receives another call, that second call goes straight to voicemail and doesn't give her a chance to put the first call on hold and answer. If she is not on a call, then it rings fine. Is there a setting on IP Office that I don't know about that will do specifically this?

Thanks for your help.

Go to her user settings and turn on call waiting. If she is receiving calls through a group (with group ring on), make sure calling waiting is turned on for the group as well.

Sounds like the correct behaviour for a standard anaolgue phone.
If they are using digi phones do they have call appearence buttons programmed?
If analogue you'll need to turn on call waiting for this facility.

The Standard behavior for the system is to ring in while you are on the call, display the phone number of the person trying to call, and give you the chance to pick it up. Then it will go to voicemail if you do not pick up. I'll look into the Call Waiting for her phone on the system. Her phone is the only one on the system that I'm aware of. Thank you both very much for the quick help. If I get it fixed, I'll let you know. Let me know if you have any other thoughts.
