calls go to VM before AA 1

we have a system set up with call pilot 150. receptionist picks up calls before AA (which is set to 6 rings). Problem is on occasion, callers get sent to VM at 2-3 rings.

any suggestions?
 
check for a DN with ringing lines that has fwd no answer less than 6.

Or could be someone with fwd on busy enabled- no need for that. disengage fwd on busy to VM if any DN is using it.
 
also look at your line and see if there is a primeset assigned to it other than the attendent
