Calls go to GD instead of AA 1

If I call in on a line I get the AA fine...then while tying up those lines...I call in while first call is on AA I get AA....

If I call in on e one line and then call in on a second...before the first call gets to AA...I get GD immediately on the second answered call?

Try Forward Busy on all sets that might have lines appear and ring even tho AA is set.
