Calls go straight to voicemail 2

I have an extension that won't ring at all; calls will go straight to voicemail.

I've checked forwarding properties, and telephony; everything seems to be all right there. I've deleted the user and recreated it, and the problem is still there. I've replaced the physical phone, and the problem still exists. Outgoing calls work just fine.

When voicemail does pick up, it says it's being answered by IP Office, then says the extension is "busy." Usually it says the extension is "not available." That's about the only clue I have so far. I'll paste some Monitor output that I think may be relevant...1445 (MMurphy) is the problem extension. The "NO TARGETS, TRY VOICEMAIL" looks suspicious.

Most likely you have the user created correctly but in the Extension programming you do not have a logical port assigned to the station. The other problem can be that at the end of the User Name there is a space. Highlight the User Name and see if there appears to be a space.

Rebooting the system changed the extension # on the port the phone was plugged into; I changed that back to what it should be and rebooted again, and it was fixed. I guess the logical port must have somehow been erased without my knowledge?

Anyway, thanks for the help. I'd have tried rebooting earlier but it's impossible to do during business hours unless the phone system stops working altogether.
