Calls go directly to Gen Delivery mail box

I have a Meridian system with star talk.

I just added new 7310s and 4 new lines.

I copied existing programming to all phones

and now instead of getting our custom message

all calls that are not answered go directly into the

general delivery mail box. We are set up on a receptionist phone at the lowest ext number 221.

Please answer me like I am a moron on this.
