This is first time I see this happening
v8.1.56
Incoming call is directed to VM module
In VM module we have options, Press 3 to go to ext. XXX
When users press 3 it rings ext. XXX BUT!!! if NO Answer instead of going to Personal VM it rings Hunt Group!
VM has no VM points for user, dialing ext to ext has same result of ringing Hunt Group, dialing directly to VM works fine.
Looking in logs can see next line:
38926698mS CMTARGET: 13.22.1 103 Q931 Trunk:13 CHAN=1: AddHGTargetCoverage LF Backup Line
How in a hack Hunt Group becomes as coverage for personal extension?
VM and IPO were rebooted just in case
I'm going to upgrade to 8.1.67 tonight but suspect it won't resolve the issue.
Any ideas are appreciated.
