Hi,
I have a BCM400 at our main office, with the lines to the Telco coming here, and a BCM 450 at a nearby location. The two are trunked over H323 and users can dial each other. But, from outside, when I dial the main number followed by the extension of a user in the other office (BCM450), I get "you have dialed an invalid extension". Where would i need to look? I have checked the call pilot and the BCM configuration, but was not able to locate the problem.
Would appreciate any help.regards.

I think you might need to look in the Restrictions tab Remote package area in your VOIP lines to allow the different line pools to be linked together.

It could even be a Target line issue.

All the best
