calls from console to ip phone cant hold.....

Hi, I have a controller 3300 Mxe 4.2 with the follow issue:

Call from ip phone to ip phone (5312, 5324, 5320, 5360) fine, but calls from console 5540 to ip phone problem, the ip phone cant put hold or transfer....the keys dont work...

could you help me??

I think you will find that that is a feature not a fault.

The console calls are not able to be put on hold

oh.....I have a system whit secretarial features on extensions....that extension need transfer the calls from console, secretary receive the call from console and nedd tranfer to boss extension...

You can not put the console on hold.

Agreed, you cannot put a console on hold or transfer. This is design intent.
