we have a bcm450 in mexico with an issue...cannot dial CDNs programmed on a cs1000 in the states via our 7 digit access number, but can dial the other regular extensions just fine; although they report that they can go to their second line and then come back and then hear the menu (IVR) that is on the CDN. I asked them to try dialing the CDN and holding for several minutes, but it never connects that way? Any ideas???

I am not pro with BCM but if I am not wrong, it has something to do with Dialing plan

yes i have interoffice 7 digit dialing set up in dial plan, and all other "extensions" work fine except for this one which is set up in the pbx it terminates on as a CDN .... i have tried changing the routes out between public and private, and i have tried adding this number in the speed dial & nothing has worked as yet. i believe it to be a line accessing issue, since they can go from line attempting to dial this to a second line on the phone and then come back and they hear the menu from the cdn; but i have asked them to just hold on the original line (thinking it was just timing) but nothing ever occurs then? I was hoping someone had run across the same issue that might be able to assist???

Did you fix your issue .... on pbx side try to put the configure dn in bcm 5 in pbx as cdp

no issue is not resolved, the number has to be in pbx as cdn to go through ivr correctly; but then the bcm location cannot access it
