Calls forward no answer from CS1K 2nd line to Unity connection receive the main system greeting

Calls forward no answer from CS1K 2nd line to Unity connection receive the main system greeting instead of the voicemail greeting of the users vmail? Is there a way that this call from the roll over line can be routed to the correct destination. The calls have the same caller ID as if they are coming from the primary number.
 
Is the second line a different extension from the first line?
Then add the second line number as an alternate extension to the user mailbox.
It's an option under the edit tab of each subscriber
 
You were correct whykap. Issue resolved by changing Key 0 MCR 2616 0 and Key 1 MCR 2616 in CS1K. Also added IRA OLA & NIA hoping it would make answering/making calls more efficient. The not working after upgrading CUCM & CUC told to me by onsite tech seemed to be a lazy response. I noticed in the TNB above that key features need to be addressed.
