calls failing even though PRI card is good...

ok - so I have the BCM Monitor up and I can see an incoming local call come in - the State changes from Idle to Alerting - then after 3 seconds disappears and the call goes to fast busy. Weird thing is I can see an incoming local call to a fax machine come in and it CONNECTS on the same local ckt so the ckt appears to be good. Is there another card in tehb BCM that I need to reset other than the PRI card?

Check the Alarm codes under Admin and report back.

Almost sounds like target issue.

does the call ccomming in that gives the fast busy come in on a Target line like the fax number does? If not then maybe you don't have any of your channels set to go to a Prime Set.
If you don't have a target Line for a number and all of your PRI Channels are set to PRIME SET NONE then you will get a fast busy when a call comes in.

Core Telephony - Failure to download market profile/protocol data from the Presistent Data Repository

MINOR
Core Telephony - Digital Trunk Media bay module reset


What do you think...shall I reboot her?
