Calls dropping when answered

I was recently asked to network a BCM 200 off a Option 81C and am having a bit of trouble. I setup a PRI in the 81C to provide CO services for the BCM. We are able to make station to station calls with no problem on the BCM and BCM to Meridian stations. However, when we try to make a call accross the PSTN, the call drops as soon as the party answers.
 
Nope, that's the weird part too, neither side are showing any errors.
 
I have seen this problem on a MICS. It was a software bug in the PRI SL-1 protocol.

We could reproduce this by (believe it or not) putting characters (numbers) in the OLI field. With the OLI blank, calls would NOT drop. Put a number in the OLI field and calls will drop immediately upon connection EVERY time.

Is that your scenario?

WHAT TYPE OF PRI CARD ARE YOU USING AT THE 81C SITE? THIS COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE. OLDER PRI CARDS HAVE HAD SOME TROUBLE CONNECTING.

I'll have to check on the OLI entry, I am not familiar enough with the BCM and it's in another city than I am.

On the PRI card, it's one of the newer dual PRI cards.
