Calls Drop

Slot 1 308, Slot 2 308,Partner ACS R5.0, Slot 3 308, Slot 4 Partner VS R4.0. Incoming calls sometimes get dropped by ext 10 and 11. Roll line 1 to line 2 port in ACS. Got local telco to swap out F1 (Pair Gain) and F2. Changed sets at Ext 10 and 11. Still getting dropped calls. Am I missing anything?

Based on what you have stated sounds like the extension ports could be bad/going bad. It is the only thing you have not ruled out that I can think of.

Check for fire/burglar alarm in series with the line.
