Hi All,
IT Guy struggling with a phonesystem I know little about here! I am trying to get a phone to eventually forward to voicemail instead of just ringing forever.
Set up a new phone by copying the settings from my desk phone here...went on to meridian mail and set up a new mailbox. When I manually forward calls to 6000 (voicemail) then I get a voice mailbox so I think the mailbox is working ok...my problem is that when I call the extension it just rings and rings forever and doesnt forward the call to voicemail. Help!
