I'm trying to divert calls for a specific did. For example if a call comes in from 212-555-5555 to 5555, I want to divert or reroute the call to 1111, all other calls will not be affected. Can this be done with Single Number Reach, or is there another application I can use. Currently I'm using Cisco Personal assistance, which doesn't work with CUCM 7.1.
