When I call from on site to another site using 4 digits dialing across H.323 the number comes across with an H in front of the extension. I have the same problem on a T1 between sites. How can I fix this. Not service affecting just annoying.

I believe I have always seen that on "on-net" calls, never considered it annoying, unless CLID wasn't passed along with it.

Thanks for the comment bigindian. Do you know how to get rid of it.

maybe by changing the call type, you could test that. I'm not sure it will work, but by putting a DMI on the RLI that does nothing and only specifying CTYP has chgd CLID for me on-net, but I do not know about the effects on the H, test it out, try CDP call type first.

The issue is you need to Program RCAP on your Virtual D channel in LD 17 the promt is (RCAP) enter (ND2) at both ends. This will also work for your PRI/ Tie lines D-channels. Hope this helps you should now recieve name display.
