I have a customer who's calls seem to be cutting out.

I need to see who is terminating the calls - the agent or customer/network.

Running MCD 4.0 10.0.0.10.

I have run a CCS trace however I am not sure what the clear down codes are for agent or network side.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Mr Mit.

out of interest what model of handsets are you using - theres issues with 5312's on early mcd4 releases

There are SMDR options that can be enabled to show who disconnected the call. Sorry but I don't immediately know which ones. Try the help files.

Predominantly o/g but I have had one or two reports on I/c

I had a look at the help file and there are no obvious options to enable to show who terminated the call in SMDR Options.

Does anyone know what the clear code is for network and extn side in a CCS trace?

Hi MitelMitel;
can you kindly check this option on the COS for the extensions
--- Call Duration Forced Cleardown Timer-----this timer it's should be 0.

or you can set a new COS for one of the extensions that report the problem and see what happened

Regards
Ala'a
