Calls coming in bypass Aa 5

MICS 6.1 CP 100

wHEN SETS ARE FNA (none) EVERYTHING WORKS FINE COMING IN , BUT EXTENSIONS DON'T GO TO VOICEMAIL, THEY COME BACK TO PRIME SET

If I set the FNA to the VM (243) then the calls come in and go to 222 (which is not the prime set)

If there anything I can do to set this right

Is the prime set 221 then make 221 FWDNA to 243 and if the ring are the same as the other sets then lower the rings for 221. Or raise the other sets rings.

any phone set that rings needs to have the fwd na to be longer than the aa ring count

so if the aa answers after 3 rings then the fwd na has to be 4 rings

this only has to be done on sets that ring on the co's
