calls bypassing Time of day

hello everyone,

Its been a while I have not posted. I would like to find out if anyone has encountered this scenario.

I have a VDN 4803 pointed to vector 4801. within Vec 4801 is a "queue-to skill 40" command.
My time of day is defined as monday to friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

intermittently a call bypasses the Time of Day and a call will show abandoned in HG 40.

I've checked list usage on hunt group 40 and HG 40's ext, the vector and VDN and there no other extensions, routes or extension pointed to them.

I've checked CMS skill, Vector, and VDN report and the call shows on all of them.
I've checked my CDR, sometimes its captured, sometimes it is not. hard to say because the CDR is time specific while the CMS report is within a 30 minutes interval.

Things that have changed prior to this happening
we started using salesforce so I started sending majority of my VDN's to CCE to use the call router. However, this particular VDN was left alone and remained pointed directly to vector then hunt.

Has anyone seen this. any assistance would be appreciated.
