Calls being requeued on SECC42

Dear sirs,

I'm having calls reaching the agents then being requeued immediatly to another agent for no reason I have SECC42 & Option11c Rel24.25 I tweaked with the call presentation class settings with the problem still showing

Anyone knows why this is happening and how to fix it?
 
The return to queue timer in the call presentation class was a good place to look. Run the agent performance report to see why the call was returned to the queue. There are two columns there that will tell you if it was due to the timeout i.e. the return to queue timer, or rejected (by the agent). It may give you a clue.
 
Check the call presnetation class. You can fix there teh requeue time.

If it is ok, check the time settings on the PBX. Make sure the time is working properly.
 
we finally solved the issue! we changed the CPU as we discovered whenever in LD2 we type TTAD we get the seconds=00 in the time
