Calls being Placed on Hold when DSS is Connected

Hi all,
I have a customer with a Merlin Magix. The calls that ring to ext 10 are automatically put on hold when the DSS is connected. All of the equipment has been replaced {phone, DSS, Power supply). Any help appreciated.
