Calls being picked up by Huntgroup VM

Hello all

Issue im having is no matter what extension I dial.. ie- 224 the users voicemail is turned on but the caller keeps getting the huntgroup 202's mailbox instead of the individuals mailbox.. can anyone tell me why? please?

can you offer any more information? version of switch / software. can you upload your config somewhere?

Do you know how to program an IP Office?

have you tried Reading The FM?

Do you have voicemail pro at all?

If so check under the default start points you might have something configured in the leave action
