Calls being dropped..

Hi all,

I am quite new to VoIP and am trying to troubleshoot some problems.

I have staff saying people cannot call in. Reception picks up a call and no one is on the other line. 1 minute later they call back and everything is fine. Sometimes callers call in and get a 'beep' andthen the call drops.

The controller is a 3300 Cxi with an E1 (PRI) connection to the exchange. This is only happening with external calls..

I also have a these errors in the logs though I am not sure if this is relevant.. They do seem to appear around the same time as the dropped calls..

Can anyone provide some guidance? Cant seem to find any info on CSC errors?
